Bước 1: Chọn phần hệ Office → Quản trị phân hệ Office

Bước 2: Chọn cấu hình → Thu chi nội bộ → đơn vị/cơ sở → + Thêm mới

Bước 3: Nhập thông tin đơn vị/cơ sở → Lưu

Bước 4: Chọn đơn vị/cơ sở

Bước 5: Trong đơn vị cơ sở → chọn + Thêm quỹ
