# Khởi tạo Vật liệu

## 1. Thêm mới vật liệu

Để khởi tạo Vật liệu sử dụng cho dự án xây dựng, thực hiện theo hướng dẫn sau

* Bước 1: Truy cập vào web, vào mục FINANCE → Danh mục hàng hóa

* Bước 2: Tick +Thêm mới.&#x20;

* Bước 3: Nhập thông tin vật liệu : Mã vật liệu, Tên hàng hóa, Đơn vị,...Lưu ý: những trường thông tin có dấu sao đỏ là trường thông tin bắt buộc.

**Cách 2: Thêm vật liệu bằng excel, thực hiện thao tác như sau:** &#x20;

* Bước 1: Truy cập vào web, vào mục FINANCE → Danh mục hàng hóa

* Bước 2: Chọn Tiện ích -> Nhập Vật liệu

* Bước 3 : Tiến hành tải file mẫu, nhập thông tin theo form mẫu

* Bước 4: Chọn File mẫu vật liệu đã điền thông tin -> Bắt đầu tải file -> Nhập dữ liệu để hoàn thành

## 2. Thiết lập danh mục thương hiệ&#x75;**:**

* Bước 1: Tại giao diện Danh mục vật liệu -> Chọn Tiện ích -> Danh mục thương hiệu&#x20;

* Bước 2: Chọn +Thêm mới

Bước 3: Điền thông tin thương hiệu -> Lưu để thêm mới thương hiệu

## 3. Thiết lập danh mục nhóm hàng hóa

Để hỗ trợ người dùng tìm những hàng hóa nhanh hơn, ta cần phân nhóm hàng hóa. Muốn thêm mới danh mục nhóm hàng hóa:&#x20;

* Bước 1: Tại giao diện Danh mục hàng hóa -> Chọn tiện ích -> Danh mục hàng hóa

* Bước 2: Chọn +Thêm mới
