# Lập chứng từ ghi nợ phải trả (đơn mua) theo bảng KL thanh toán

Hướng dẫn chi tiết cách Lập chứng từ ghi nợ phải trả (đơn mua) theo bảng khối lượng thanh toán

Tài khoản phải có quyền **Giám đốc dự án** hoặc **Kế toán** của dự án

**Có 2 cách để lên công nợ với Nhà thầu phụ:**

**Cách 1:** Khi lên đợt thanh toán, tick vào nút **Tự động tạo đơn mua**

**Cách 2:** Sau khi tạo đợt thanh toán xong, bấm vào đợt thanh toán đó, sẽ có nút **Tạo đơn mua**

Khi bấm vào, phần mềm sẽ tính giá trị công nợ kỳ này để đưa vào công nợ.&#x20;

* Có thể cập nhật thêm **Hạn hạch toán** và **Diễn giải**.&#x20;
* Bấm **Lưu** để tạo đơn mua, xác nhận công nợ với nhà thầu
