# Phân quyền cho một người dùng có thể truy cập Hồ sơ nhân sự

Bước 1: Từ giao diện trang chủ, chọn **HRM** → tick **Quản trị phân hệ HRM**

Bước 2: Tại giao diện Quản trị phân hệ HRM tick vào **Phân quyền** sau đó Chọn **Người dùng** , tiếp đó ta chọn **tài khoản người dùng** cần phân quyền.

Bước 3: Tiếp theo ta tìm mục **Quản lý hồ sơ nhân sự** -> tick vào ô trống những quyền cần phân cho người dùng →  ấn **Lưu** để hoàn tất
