# Phân quyền truy cập khách hàng

Để phân quyền người dùng truy cập được module khách hàng , ta tiến hành thực hiện các bước sau :

Bước 1: Từ phân hệ **CRM** chọn **Quản trị phân hệ CRM:**

Bước 2: Tiếp theo chọn mục Phân Quyền, tại đây ta có thể cấu hình phân quyền truy cập theo hai kiểu:&#x20;

Thứ nhất, theo **Người dùng** :  Phân quyền trực tiếp cho 1 cá nhân cụ thể

* Chọn tài khoản người dùng cần phân quyền :&#x20;

* Tick chọn những **Chức năng** mà tài  khoản này được truy cập, sau đó nhận **Lưu** để cập nhật phân quyền

Thứ hai, theo Nhóm Quyền: Phân quyền trực tiếp cho 1 nhóm người có cùng trách   nhiệm như nhau -> giảm thao tác khi phân cho từng người.

* Thêm mới nhóm quyền bằng cách tick chọn **+Thêm**, sau đó điền mã và tên nhóm quyền và nhấn **Lưu**

* Chọn **nhóm quyền** vừa tạo -> cập nhật **Chức năng** cho nhóm quyền

* Chọn tab **Người dùng** -> **+Thêm** thành viên của nhóm quyền

* Chọn **Thành viên** và nhấn **Lưu** để cập nhật
