# Cấu hình quy trình duyệt đề xuất trong dự án

**Loại đề xuất**: Ngoài các loại đề xuất được thiết lập dùng riêng trong mục WORK - Đề xuất và phê duyệt nội bộ, trong dự án xây dựng sẽ có riêng 3 loại đề xuất phục vụ cho dự án. Để sử dụng loại đề xuất nào phù hợp với bên mình, thực hiện tích chọn vào loại đề xuất đó

* Lựa chọn các phê duyệt đề xuất (Chọn quy trình duyệt: Chỉ cần một người duyệt/Cần duyệt đồng thời/Duyệt theo trình tự)
* Người xét duyệt: Lựa chọn người duyệt tương ứng
* Quyền cập nhật đề xuất: Phân quyền chức năng trong đề xuất với các nhóm đối tượng tương ứng Cấu hình xong thông tin → chọn Lưu loại đề xuất để lưu lại cấu hình

**\*Cấu hình quy trình duyệt:** tick vào Đề xuất sử dụng, sau đó, điều chỉnh cách duyệt

Thêm người phê duyệt hoặc bước duyệt (đối với Duyệt theo trình tự)

**\*Cấu hình thêm người thực hiện:** Người thực hiện là người thực hiện yêu cầu của đề xuất. VD: Kế toán chi tiền, Nhân viên thu mua đi mua vật tư...

Tại Thiết lập, sau khi Lưu, chọn Chi tiết loại đề xuất

Sau khi chuyển sang tab mới, tick chọn Người thực hiện và gán Người thực hiện tương ứng

Thiết lập lại Quyền cập nhật đề xuất

Người thực hiện sẽ là người Hoàn thành đề xuất → Mục đích để cập nhật trạng thái của đề xuất từ Đã phê duyệt sang Hoàn thành
