# Cách thêm mới một phiếu thu/phiếu chi điều chỉnh trên hệ thống

Phiếu thu/chi điều chỉnh được sử dụng trong trường hợp số tiền thực tế và số tiền quản lý trên PM đang bị chênh lệch, không khớp nhau. Khi đó  phải tạo ra phiếu thu/chi điều chỉnh.

Ví dụ: Trong phần mềm, doanh nghiệp còn tồn quỹ 5.000.000đ tiền mặt nhưng thực tế trong két chỉ còn 2.000.000đ tiền mặt. Khi đó, thủ quỹ cần làm một phiếu chi điều chỉnh là 3.000.000đ để tồn quỹ còn 2.000.000đ như thực tế.

Thực hiện thao tác sau : 

Bước 1: Từ Menu **OFFICE** chọn **Thu chi nội bộ**<br>

Bước 2: Chọn **Loại quỹ** sẽ thêm Phiếu thu/chi điều chỉnh

Bước 3: Để nhập phiếu thu/chi điều chỉnh, từ **Tiện ích** chọn **Phiếu thu/chi điều chỉnh**

Bước 4: Nhập thông tin Phiếu thu/chi điều chỉnh và **Lưu lại**
