# Cách tạo loại thông báo

Bước 1 : Từ giao diện HRM → chọn “Quản trị phân hệ HRM+"

Bước 2 : Chọn Danh mục → chọn Thông báo nội bộ→ Chọn Loại thông báo → chọn Thêm mới

Bước 3 : Điền đầy đủ thông tin và ấn Lưu

\* Lưu ý :

●       \[ Người duyệt thông báo ] Là người sẽ thực hiện phê duyệt thông báo trước khi được ban hành chính thức tới các đối tượng nhân viên. Nếu không cấu hình người duyệt thông báo, sau khi thực hiện soạn thảo thông báo, nhân viên có thể thực hiện gửi luôn thông báo tới người dùng.

●       \[ Bộ phận sử dụng ] Là bộ phận được sử dụng loại thông báo này. Nếu không lựa chọn Bộ phận sử dụng thì mặc định tất cả các bộ phận đều thấy và có thể lựa chọn loại thông báo khi soạn thảo

●       \[ Cho phép cập nhật thông tin sau ban hành ] Nếu bấm chọn thì sau khi ban hành người phê duyệt có thể cập nhật thông tin vào thông báo đó. Những thông tin cập nhật sẽ được thông báo cho những người liên quan

●       \[ Cho phép ý kiến sau ban hành ]

●       Nếu được bấm chọn, sau ban hành những nhân viên nhận được thông báo đó có thể vào trao đổi, đưa ra ý kiến vào thông báo đó. Nếu không tích ô này, thông báo ban hành xuống nhân viên liên quan sẽ xem được thông báo nhưng không có mục Trao đổi để thực hiện trao đổi, thảo luận

●       Bạn có thể chọn duyệt ý kiến hoặc không cần duyệt.

●       Cần duyệt bạn phải chọn người duyệt cho những ý kiến đó.

Sau khi nhập đủ thông tin → chọn Lưu để thực hiện lưu lại loại thông báo
