### 1. Hướng dẫn thao tác trên Web App

Bước 1: Tại giao diện **Đề xuất và phê duyệt**, chọn **+ Đề xuất**

Bước 2: Điều đầy đủ thông tin, bấm **Gửi**

* Loại đề xuất: Chọn loại đề xuất cần gửi
* Tên đề xuất: Nhập tiêu đề của đề xuất cần gửi
* Phòng ban: Chọn phòng ban lien quan đến đề xuất cần gửi
* Người xét duyệt: Người xét duyệt theo thiết lập của loại đề xuất
* Người theo dõi: Người được quyền theo dõi đề xuất
* Người thực hiện: Người có trách nhiệm thực hiện khi đề xuất được phê duyệt
* Người nhận thông báo: Người nhận thông báo liên quan đề đề xuất
* Nội dung: Nhập nội dung đề xuất (Hoặc nhập theo các trường nội dung quy định đã thiết kế sẵn)
* Thời hạn duyệt mong muốn
* Thời hạn duyệt theo quy định
* Liên kết với đề xuất: Chọn đề xuất liên kết

Bước 1: Chọn dự án xây dựng cần khởi tạo đề xuất
