# Khi nhập phiếu thu chi cũ quá 6 tháng thì Phần mềm sẽ không cho nhập

**Cách xử lý: Phiếu thu chi cũ quá 6 tháng có thể nhập lên phần mềm bằng file excel để lưu trữ**

Bước 1: Chọn phân hệ Office → Thu chi nội bộ

Bước 2: Chọn quỹ cần nhập phiếu thu/chi → chọn Tiện ích → Nhập dữ liệu

Bước 3: Tải file mẫu từ hệ thống → Nhập thông tin vào file mẫu

Bước 4: Chọn file mẫu vừa mới nhập thông tin phiếu thu/chi → Bắt đầu tải file → Nhập dữ liệu
