# Cấu hình báo giá PDF

Để cấu hình mẫu báo giá phù hợp với mô hình tổ chức của mình, các anh/chị thực hiện thao tác cấu hình trên phần mềm như sau:

**Bước 1:** Từ tab **CRM** → Chọn **“Quản trị phân hệ CRM+”**

**Bước 2** : Tại phần **Cấu hình** → chọn mục **Báo giá** → chọn **Thêm mới**

**Bước 3**: Điền các trường thông tin theo mẫu quy định:

* Loại báo giá áp dụng: Chọn mẫu báo giá phù hợp theo sản phẩm
* Header: Đưa những nội dung cần hiển thị ở phần đầu của báo giá. Ví dụ: logo; địa chỉ; số điện thoại; email
* Body: Nội dung Bảng báo giá
* Footer: Những nội dung cần hiển thị ở phần cuối của báo giá. Ví dụ: Số trang;..

Những trường dữ liệu muốn đưa vào bảng báo giá để lấy dữ liệu tự động, anh/chị có thể bấm vào Chọn trường dữ liệu ⇒ Tìm trường dữ liệu ⇒ Bấm Đưa vào

**Bước 4:** Sau khi đã thiết lập xong → bấm **Lưu** để hoàn tất việc thiết lập Báo giá.
