# THIẾT LẬP MỨC LƯƠNG, PHỤ CẤP, GIẢM TRỪ

Có 2 cách nhập dữ liệu bảng mức lương, phụ cấp, giảm trừ để hỗ trợ người dùng

<mark style="color:red;">**Cách 1:**</mark> Đồng bộ dữ liệu từ phần mềm - hỗ trợ người dùng sử dụng các dữ liệu  từ hệ thống  của Fastcons (HRM: Lương cơ bản,...) &#x20;

Bước 1: Từ menu HRM --> Bảng tính lương-->Mức lương, phụ cấp, giảm trừ

&#x20;Bước 2: Chọn Tiện ích-> Đồng bộ dữ liệu từ phần mềm, các dữ liệu sẽ được đồng bộ sang.

<mark style="color:red;">**Cách 2:**</mark> Nhập dữ liệu Excel- hỗ trợ người dùng nhập dữ liệu lên hệ thống khi mà không sử dụng phần HRM, không chấm công trên phần mềm hoặc đơn giản là chỉ muốn sử dụng bảng lương nhưng không muốn sử dụng các thông tin khác của Fastcons&#x20;

Bước 1: Từ menu HRM--> Bảng tính lương-->Mức lương, phụ cấp, giảm trừ

Bước 2: Chọn Tiện ích-> Nhập dữ liệu Excel

(1) Thực hiện chọn file dữ liệu hợp đồng cần đẩy lên phần mềm&#x20;

(2) Sau đó chọn Nhập file

(3) Vui lòng tải file

Lưu ý: Cần sử dụng file theo mẫu của phần mềm đã có bằng cách bấm chọn File mẫu để tải file mẫu về máy tính

\*Nếu muốn reset lại bảng mức lương, chọn Reset dữ liệu tại Tiện ích
