# Cách điều chỉnh một phiếu thu/phiếu chi trên phần mềm

Bước 1: Từ Menu **OFFICE** chọn **Thu chi nội bộ**

Bước 2: Để cập nhật **Phiếu thu/chi**, ở **Danh sách phiếu thu/chi** → bạn tìm kiếm và chọn **phiếu thu/chi** cần cập nhật<br>

Bước 3: Kích **Sửa** để điều chỉnh thông tin:

Bước 4: Sau khi cập nhật, bạn kích chọn **Lưu** thay đổi.

* Với các phiếu thu/chi bạn có thể cập nhật các thông tin sau:

Mã phiếu, Ngày lập phiếu, Giá trị, Dự án, Hợp đồng, Khách hàng, Phòng ban, Nhân viên, Ghi chú, tích/ bỏ tích Hạch toán vào kết quả hoạt động kinh doanh.

* Đối với thành viên của quỹ thu chi chỉ sửa được phiếu thu/ chi khi phiếu đang ở trạng thái chờ duyệt hoặc được cập quyền sửa phiếu (đã duyệt)
* Chỉ quản trị của quỹ hoặc tài khoản có quyền QT thì mặc định sẽ sửa được tất cả các phiếu thu/ chi&#x20;
