# Thiết lập lý do giải trình

Bước 1: Từ menu HRM, chọn “Quản trị phân hệ HRM+”

Bước 2: Chọn vào Danh mục => Chấm công => Lý do giải trình chấm công => chọn lý do để cấu hình

Bước 3: Chọn số lần giải trình tối đa, loại giải trình chấm công,.. sau đó bấm lưu để hoàn tất
