# Cách tạo thông báo nội bộ từ lịch họp

Bước 1: Từ Menu **OFFICE** chọn **Quản lý lịch họp**

Bước 2: Chọn **lịch họp** cần thêm thông báo

Bước 3: Chọn **Bổ sung** => **Thông báo nội bộ**

Bước 4: Nhập nội dung sau đó bấm **Lưu**, **Trình duyệt** hoặc **Ban hành**
