WORK là phân hệ về Quản trị công việc và hiệu suất. Để có thể vận hành sử dụng phân hệ WORK cần thực hiện các cấu hình chung. Trong Quản trị phân hệ WORK+ sẽ có các cấu hình chung, cấu hình danh mục và phân quyền truy cập các chức năng Công việc, dự án, quy trình và biểu mẫu..Những tài khoản được phân quyền sẽ được phép truy cập tính năng này.
