# Khi thêm mới 1 nhân viên vào quỹ thì sẽ không thấy được những phiếu thu chi cũ hoặc của người khác

Vì trong phân quyền quỹ cho phép thấy được những phiếu thu chi khác ngoài những phiếu do chính mình tạo ra hay không

Bước 1: Chọn phân hệ Office → Quản trị phân hệ Office

Bước 2: Chọn cấu hình → Thu chi nội bộ → Đơn vị/cơ sở → Chọn đơn vị cơ sở có quỹ cần phân quyền

Bước 3: Chọn quỹ cần phân quyền

Bước 4: Trong quỹ chọn tab phân quyền → Tích Xem tất cả phiếu → Lưu
