# Quản lý trao đổi

Nếu muốn gửi thông báo cụ thể tới một người nào đó cần thực hiện **@gán tên người cần trao đổi** –> Phần mềm sẽ gửi thông báo tới người được gán tên. Trong trao đổi bạn cũng có thể thực hiện đính kèm file hoặc hình ảnh –> Chọn **Đính kèm** để lựa chọn file

### Hướng dẫn trao đổi nhanh trên Fastcons

**Bước 1:** Tại giao diện của dự án, chọn **Trao đổi**

**Bước 2:** Nhập nội dung trao đổi, nhấn **@Tên thành viên** để gửi thông báo đến thành viên dự án xây dựng. Nếu cần đính kèm link hoặc file từ máy tính → Nhấp vào nút **Đính kèm**, sau đó bấm nút **Gửi**
