# Cách chuyển tiếp một văn bản đến người cần xử lý

Khi bạn muốn chuyển tiếp văn bản đến người khác để xử lý, thực hiện các bước sau:

Bước 1: Từ menu **OFFICE** chọn **Văn bản đi – đến**

Bước 2 : Trong giao diện **Văn bản đến** --> lọc văn bản với tình trạng chưa xử lý cần chuyển tiếp

Bước 3: Mở chi tiết văn bản cần chuyển tiếp --> Tick Chuyển tiếp

Bước 4 : Chọn Người xử lý, Người theo dõi và Nội dung chuyển tiếp --> Tick Chuyển tiếp để xác nhận.
