# Thêm mới phiếu chuyển kho

Để chuyển vật tư giữa 2 kho ta tiến hành lập phiếu chuyển theo các thao tác sau đây:

Bước 1: Từ menu FINANCE chọn “Kho hàng”

Bước 2: Chọn tên kho cần nhập

Bước 3: Chọn Phiếu chuyển, chọn Lập phiếu

Bước 4: Chọn hàng hóa (nhập thông tin hàng hóa), điền thông tin vào ô trái sau đó ấn Thêm

\*Lưu ý: Bạn có thể nhập nhiều vật tư 1 lúc bằng  tính năng hỗ trợ :&#x20;

* Nhập file excel theo file mẫu của phần mềm cung cấp

* Với file excel hàng hóa nhập kho bạn cần chuyển định dạng cột mã hàng hóa sang định dạng Text và nhập đúng mã hàng hóa ở danh sách hàng hóa đã khởi tạo trước đó.

\*\*Với các Kho nhận là Kho dự án, Phần mềm hỗ trợ lập Phiếu xuất ngay trên Phiếu chuyển với nút tick Chuyển kho và xuất thẳng ra công trường
