# Cách theo dõi KPI của một nhân viên, phòng ban

Bước 1: Từ Menu HRM → chọn KPI →  chọn Theo dõi KPI

Bước 2: Lọc theo từng phòng ban, năm và tháng để tìm kiếm.

Chọn vào từng nhân viên để theo dõi. Tại đây, mình có thể theo dõi KPI  dưới dạng bảng hoặc dạng biểu đồ.
