# Phân quyền nhân viên

**Phân quyền theo nhóm quyền**

Với trường hợp bạn muốn phân quyền chức năng truy cập cho nhiều nhân viên, bạn có thể dùng phân quyền theo nhóm quyền.

Bước 1: Từ Menu CRM → chọn “Quản trị phân hệ CRM+”

Bước 2: Chọn Phân quyền&#x20;

Bước 3: Chọn Nhóm quyền ⇒ Chọn 1 nhóm quyền có những quyền phù hợp với nhu cầu của bạn ⇒ Kiểm tra bên mục chức năng những quyền đã phù hợp chưa&#x20;

Hoặc có thể bấm vào mục Thêm ⇒ Tự tạo ra nhóm quyền mong muốn&#x20;

Bước 4: Chọn Người dùng →chọn Thêm để thêm thành viên → Chọn thành viên cần thêm và ấn Lưu để hoàn tất &#x20;

**Phân quyền theo người dùng**

Nhằm mục đích cho phép người dùng truy cập theo những chức năng đã được phân quyền cụ thể

Bước 1: Từ Menu CRM → chọn “Quản trị phân hệ CRM+”&#x20;

Bước 2: Chọn Phân quyền

Bước 3 : Chọn Người dùng

Bước 4: Chọn người dùng cần phân quyền → chọn Chức năng cần thêm → ấn Lưu để hoàn tất.&#x20;
