Bước 1: Từ menu WORK, chọn “Quản trị phân hệ WORK+”

Bước 2 : Chọn Đề xuất, chọn Cấu hình chung.

Bước 3 : Bấm chọn nếu muốn:

\+                  Trưởng nhóm là người quản lý trực tiếp

\+                  Hiện mã đề xuất trên danh sách

\+                  Chỉ gửi thông báo cho những người bước sau (Duyệt theo trình tự)

\+                  Yêu cầu xác thực khi duyệt đề xuất

\* Lưu ý : Khi để trồng thì mặc định những tài khoản có quyền lần lượt từ, Trường phòng (TP), Lãnh đạo (LD), Hệ thống (HT), Quản trị (QT) là người quản lý trực tiếp.

Bước 1 : Chọn Đề xuất, chọn Mẫu xuất Word, chọn Thêm mới

Bước 2 : Điền đầy đủ thông tin và ấn Lưu để hoàn tất.

* Bạn phải thiết lập một form mẫu xuất theo nhu cầu trên file docx
* Sử dụng các trường thông tin của từng loại đề xuất
