# Phân quyền cho 1 nhóm

Việc phân quyền chức năng theo nhóm quyền giúp người quản trị phân quyền nhanh cho một nhóm đối tượng có quyền giống nhau thay vì việc phân quyền cho từng người dùng, thực hiện các bước sau:

Bước 1: Tại menu của phân hệ **OFFICE** -> Chọn **Quản trị phân hệ OFFICE+**

Bước 2:  Chọn **Phân quyền** --> **Nhóm quyền** --> Chọn **Thêm** để tạo nhóm quyền có chức năng sử dụng văn bản.

Bước 3: Nhập tên, mã Nhóm quyền --> Nhấn **Lưu** để thêm mới nhóm quyền\

Bước 4: Tiến hành phân quyền cho nhóm quyền vừa tạo

Bước 5: Tick vào tab người dùng --> Thêm --> Chọn người dùng cho Nhóm quyền --> Nhấn Lưu để cập nhật
