# Cách xuất báo cáo tổng hợp tình hình sử dụng tài nguyên

1. **Xuất báo cáo theo nhóm tài nguyên**

Bước 1 : Từ giao diện **OFFICE** chọn **Đăng ký sử dụng tài nguyên.**

Bước 2 : Tại giao diện **Đăng ký tài nguyên** → chọn **Nhóm tài nguyên** cần xuất báo cáo → chọn khoảng thời gian cần xuất dữ liệu

Bước 3: Chọn **Tiện ích** → Chọn **xuất dữ liệu.**

2. **Tổng hợp dữ liệu theo từng tài nguyên:**

Để thực hiện tổng hợp dữ liệu của một tài nguyên nào đó trong một khoảng thời gian thực hiện như sau:

Bước 1 : Từ giao diện **OFFICE** chọn **Đăng ký sử dụng tài nguyên**.

Bước 2 : Tại giao diện Đăng ký tài nguyên → chọn Tiện ích → chọn Tổng hợp

Bước 3: Nhập thông tin tài nguyên → Chọn khoảng thời gian và ấn **Tổng hợp**
