# Tạo phiếu nhập vật tư trên Web và Mobile app

### 1. Hướng dẫn thao tác Trên giao diện Web app

**Bước 1:** Tại giao diện dự án, chọn mục **Quản lý vật liệu** → **Phiếu kho**

**Bước 2:** Chuyển sang tab Phiếu nhập và bấm vào +Phiếu nhập

**Bước 3:** Tại **Box Tìm kiếm vật liệu**, chọn các vật tư có sẵn theo danh mục hoặc bấm vào dấu cộng bên cạnh để thêm mới&#x20;

Hoặc có thể dùng nút **Nhập dữ liệu**, upload file Excel theo **File mẫu** của FastCons lên

**Bước 4:** Nhập thêm các thông tin chi tiết về **Số lượng, Đơn giá, VAT, Chiết khấu(nếu có)**

Thông tin phiếu nhập: Hỗ trợ hình ảnh hiện trường, các thông tin khác

**Ghi chú:**&#x20;

* **Nhập và xuất luôn ra công trường:** Áp dụng trong tình huống không cần lưu trữ tồn kho với vật liệu(VD: Bê tông tươi...)
* **Tự động tạo đơn mua:** Theo thông tin của Phiếu mua, tự động tạo đơn mua để ghi nhận công nợ với NCC

<mark style="color:blue;">**Đối với tình huống Nhập theo phiếu mua vật liệu,**</mark> *tại giao diện **Phiếu mua**, ở cuối phiếu sẽ có dấu + để hỗ trợ tạo phiếu nhập theo phiếu mua*

Điều chỉnh số lượng nhập đợt này, số lượng đợt sau sẽ tự khấu trừ

Phần mềm hỗ trợ báo lại **Tiến độ nhập** trước đó trên phiếu mua

### 2. Hướng dẫn thao tác trên Mobile app&#x20;

**Bước 1:** Vào dự án hiện thị trên **Trang chủ**

**Bước 2:** Vào tab **Vật liệu**, chọn vào dấu **cộng màu xanh**

**Bước 3:** Chọn **Lập phiếu nhập vật liệu**

**Bước 4:** Cập nhật thông tin vật liệu tại phần **Vật liệu nhập**, bổ sung các thông tin khác

**Bước 5:** Bổ sung thông tin phiếu nhập để hoàn thiện và bấm **Lưu**
