# Cách thêm mới văn bản đến

1. **Thêm mới 1 văn bản đến :** 

Bước 1: Từ menu OFFICE chọn Văn bản đi – đến

Bước 2: Trong giao diện của văn bản đến chọn **Thêm mới**

Bước 3: Điền đầy đủ các trường thông tin và ấn **Lưu**

**\*Lưu ý :**

\[ Lưu và đóng ] : Lưu lại văn bản đến vừa tạo và thoát ra giao diện văn bản đến.

\[ Lưu và thêm tiếp] : Lưu và tiếp tục thêm mới một văn bản đến.

\[ Lưu và mở chi tiết] : Lưu và xử lý đồng thời văn bản đến.

2. **Thêm nhiều văn bản đến bằng excel :**&#x20;

Bước 1: Từ menu OFFICE chọn Văn bản đi – đến

Bước 2: Trong giao diện của văn bản đến --> Chọn **Tiện ích**  --> **Nhập dữ liệu**&#x20;

Bước 3 : Bấm tải **file mẫu** để tải file excel về nhập nhiều dữ liệu văn bản đến cùng lúc -> điền dữ liệu theo file mẫu<br>

**\*Lưu ý :**&#x20;

* Số văn bản : cần chuyển sang định dạng text
* Người ký, người xử lý, người theo dõi, ký nhận : Cần nhập mã đăng nhập
* Các trường thông tin còn lại giữ nguyên định dạng của form mẫu

&#x20;Bước 4: Nhập lại dữ liệu đã chuẩn hóa lên phần mềm

Thao tác **Chọn file** → **Bắt đầu tải file** → **Nhập dữ liệu**
