# Thêm mới Đơn vị cơ sở

Ví dụ: Doanh nghiệp có 2 chi nhánh. Mỗi Chi nhánh muốn quản lý thành một Đơn vị/Cơ sở riêng. Trong mỗi chi nhánh sẽ có nhiều loại quỹ khác nhau như quỹ Tiền mặt, quỹ Ngân hàng,...

 Bước 1: Từ giao diện menu **OFFICE** chọn **Quản trị phân hệ OFFICE+**

Bước 2: Ở mục **Cấu hình** → chọn **Thu chi nội bộ** → chọn tab Đơn vị/Cơ sở<br>

Bước 3: Chọn nút **Thêm đơn vị** để thêm mới một đơn vị

Bước 4: Nhập thông tin cho Đơn vị/Cơ sở mới cần tạo

* Mã đơn vị/cơ sở:
* Tên đơn vị/cơ sở:
* Quản trị: Quản trị một Đơn vị/cơ sở sẽ có toàn quyền trên đơn vị/cơ sở và các quỹ trong đơn vị đó
* Mô tả: Mô tả thêm chi tiết cho Đơn vị/cơ sở

Nhập đủ thông tin → chọn Lưu để lưu lại Đơn vị/cơ sở
