# Văn bản đi

Bước 1 : Tại menu phân hệ **OFFICE** --> Chọn **Quản trị phân hệ OFFICE+**

Bước 2 : Tại mục Cấu hình --> Chọn Văn Bản -> Văn Bản Đi

Bước 3 : Để cấu hình số văn bản tự động  --> Tick vào ô **Có sử dụng**  --> điền các thông tin : Số hiện tại của văn bản, Độ dài số văn bản, Tiền tố, Hậu tố.

Bước 4 : Cấu hình **người ký** --> Nhấn **Lưu** để cập nhật cấu hình.

<mark style="color:red;">**\*Lưu ý :**</mark>  <mark style="color:red;"></mark> Trường hợp  khi công ty có nhiều chi nhánh và mỗi chi nhánh sẽ có người ký khác nhau. Chúng tôi đã bổ sung tính năng **+Cấu hình** để xử lý trường hợp trên. Khi đó bạn chỉ cần thêm cấu hình  cho mỗi chi nhánh , cập nhật người số văn bản để quản lý và người ký văn bản.&#x20;
