# Giao diện Mobile App

1. Tại giao diên trang chủ, chọn dấu 3 gạch ở góc phải màn hình

2. Tại mục **OFFICE+**, chọn **Nhập công**

3. 4. Cập nhật thông tin của tài khoản. Phần mềm cũng hỗ trợ chụp hình ảnh hoặc lấy hình ảnh từ bộ sưu tập điện thoại để lưu trữ thông tin. Khi đã điền đầy đủ thông tin, bấm **Lưu**

5. **Để nhập nhiều tài khoản cùng một lúc:** Tại giao diện nhập công, bấm vào dấu + ở góc phải để tạo mới phiếu công

7. Để nhập hàng loại toàn bộ tài khoản với cùng 1 giá trị (VD: tất cả đều 1 công), phần mềm có phần nhập nhanh, nhập số **Công** tương ứng tại đây cùng với **Địa điểm chấm công**. Sau đó, bấm **NHẬP**

8. Toàn bộ các tài khoản đã được chọn thông qua nút ![](https://1690557839-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FPz1eJfqblQVy5h1urof5%2Fuploads%2FDkboSuYML9kPkbBI27K9%2F9.png?alt=media) đều sẽ được nhập nhanh thông tin

9. Nếu muốn cập nhật hay điều chỉnh từng tài khoản, có thể bấm chọn vào ô cần chỉnh sửa. 10. Phiếu công này cũng hỗ trợ hình ảnh thông qua chụp hoặc chọn từ bộ sưu tập tương tự việc nhập đơn lẻ. Khi cập nhật xong. Bấm **Lưu** để xác nhận phiếu công&#x20;

Khi đã có phiếu công trong ngày, tại **HRM**→**Bảng chấm công**, đội ngũ quản lý có thể xem lại được thông tin kèm hình ảnh của đội ngũ dưới công trình &#x20;
