# Cách thêm trường thông tin vào một giai đoạn

Từ tab WORK chọn Quy trình công việc (workflow)

Chọn Quy trình công việc cần thêm trường thông tin

Chọn Dashboard – Biểu tượng dấu 3 chấm → Thiết lập

Chọn tab Trường tùy chỉnh sau đó chọn +Trường tùy chỉnh để thêm mới

Nhập các thông tin cho trường tùy chỉnh và Lưu lại

**Tên trường dữ liệu:** Đặt tên trường tùy chỉnh

**Kiểu dữ liệu:** Lựa chọn kiểu trường dữ liệu sẽ nhập (kiểu số, kiểu chữ, kiểu chọn một, kiểu chọn nhiều, kiểu logic, kiểu ngày tháng,...)

**Mô tả**: Mô tả chi tiết giải thích cho trường tùy chỉnh

**Trường bắt buộc:** Đây có phải là trường thông tin bắt buộc nhập hay không

&#x20;**Thuộc giai đoạn:** Lựa chọn trường tùy chỉnh này thuộc giai đoạn nào

**Vị trí ở sau trường tùy chỉnh:** Sắp xếp vị trí các trường tùy chỉnh
