# Thiết lập Danh mục Loại thu, Loại chi

Bước 1: Từ Menu **Quản trị phân hệ OFFICE+** → chọn **Danh mục** → chọn **Thu chi nội bộ**

Bước 2: Chọn **Loại thu/Loại chi** để **Thêm mới**

Bước 3: Nhập thông tin của **Loại thu/Loại chi** và **Lưu lại**

**\* Lưu ý:** Ngoài ra, phần mềm cũng hỗ trợ người dùng thêm mới loại thu/chi từ file excel

Tải **file mẫu** từ phần mềm để nhập các trường dữ liệu theo đúng quy định

Bước 1 : Vào **Tiện ích** -> **Nhập dữ liệu**

Bước 2: Tải **file mẫu** về

Bước 3: Nhập file dữ liệu theo file mẫu đã chuẩn hóa

Thao tác Chọn file → Bắt đầu tải file → Nhập dữ liệu

**\*Lưu ý:  cách nhập dữ liệu từ file excel**

* Mã loại : cần chuyển sang định dạng TEXT
* Đơn vị/cơ sở sử dụng : Có thể nhập mã đơn vị hoặc tên đơn vị
* Quỹ sử dụng: Có thể nhập mã quỹ hoặc tên quỹ và phải thuộc đơn vị/ cơ sở sử dựng trên
* Nếu không nhập Đơn vị/ cơ sở sử dụng và Quỹ sử dụng thì loại thu chi này sẽ áp dụng cho tất cả Đơn vị/ cơ sở sử dụng và quỹ sử dụng đang có của tổ chức.<br>
