# Thêm mới tài sản

1. ***Thêm mới một tài sản trực tiếp trên phần mềm:***

Bước 1: Tại giao diện trang chủ chọn **HRM  -**> **Quản lý tài sản**

Bước 2: Chọn danh mục **Tất cả tài sản** sau đó bấm **Thêm mới** để thêm thủ công từng tài sản

Bước 3: Tiến hành **khai báo thông tin** của tài sản -> Nhấn **Lưu** để thêm mới tài sản

\- Chọn tệp file để tải lên mẫu biên bản bàn giao hoặc các mẫu biên bản liên quan

2. ***Thêm nhiều tài sản từ file excel lên phần mềm:***

Bước 1: Tại giao diện trang chủ chọn **HRM** -> **Quản lý tài sản**

Bước 2: Chọn danh mục **Tất cả tài sản** -> chọn **Tiện ích** -> Tick **nhập dữ liệu**&#x20;

Bước 3: **Tải file mẫu** về máy tính và khai báo đầy đủ các trường thông tin theo mẫu trong file excel.

Bước 3:  Chọn file tìm đến file mẫu vừa xử lý và nhấn bắt đầu tải, cuối cùng ấn nhập dữ liệu sau khi đã tải xong.
