# Cấu hình tài khoản nhận thông báo về các cảnh báo trong hồ sơ nhân sự

Bước 1: Từ menu **HRM** → chọn **Quản trị phân hệ HRM+**<br>

Bước 2: Ở phần **Cấu hình** → chọn **Nhân sự**

Với các mục cảnh báo tương tứng bạn lựa chọn tài khoản nào sẽ là **người nhận** được thông báo đến

\- Sinh nhật tháng này:

\- Đến hạn nghỉ hưu:

\- Đến hạn bổ nhiệm lại:

\- Hết hạn Hợp đồng:

\- Hết hạn thử việc:

\- Hết hạn làm việc:

Bước 3: Với mỗi cảnh báo bạn lựa chọn **Ngày nhận thông báo** tương ứng

\- Nhận trước một ngày

\- Nhận trước một tuần

\- Nhận trước một tháng

\- Nhận đúng ngày

\- Không nhận thông báo
