**Cấu hình và Danh mục khách hàng**

Cấu hình

\- Để cấu hình khách hàng , từ giao diện Menu -> chọn CRM -> chọn Quản trị phân hệ CRM

\- Chọn cấu hình >> chọn khách hàng

\- Ở mục cấu hình chung anh/chị sẽ cấu hình về ngày chốt công nợ đầu ky hằng tháng và cấu hình hiển thị của mã khách hàng

\- Ở mục cấu hình mặc định anh/chị sẽ cấu hình một số hoạt động liên quan đên khách hàng như là giám sát , Cấu hình khai báo chấm công ,..

\- Ở mục phân quyền anh/chị sẽ phân quyền các chức năng cho Người tạo , Người phụ trách , Người theo dõi

\- Để thêm mới và chỉnh sửa trường tùy chỉnh chọn Trường tùy chỉnh >> chọn Thêm mới

\- chọn Tạo trường mới

\- Điền các thông tin của trường tùy chỉnh sau đó chọn Lưu

\- Thiết lập danh mục khách hàng

\- Từ giao diện Menu >> chọn CRM >> chọn Quản trị phân hệ CRM

\- Chọn Danh mục >> chọn khách hàng

\- Chọn các trường thông tin và chọn Thêm mới để thêm mới 1 loại thông tin

\- Điền đầy đủ các thông tin sau đó chọn Lưu

\- Nhập dữ liệu từ file excel chọn Tiện ích >> chọn Nhập dữ liệu

\- Tải File mẫu về

\- điền các thông tin trong file mẫu

\- Để tại file mẫu lên chọn Tiện ích >> chọn Nhập dữ liệu
