# Khóa tài khoản người dùng

Khi người dùng tạm nghỉ, hoặc nghỉ việc nhưng quản lý vẫn cần tra cứu các thông tin người đó. Quản lý có thể khóa tài khoản người dùng để họ không thể đăng nhập được vào hệ thống.

**Bước 1**: Tại giao diện **ADMIN** → chọn **Quản lý người dùng**.

**Bước 2** : Chọn tài khoản cần khóa

**Cách 1:** Chọn cây đơn vị, chọn user cần khóa → click chuột phải → **Khóa tài khoản** → Chọn **Đồng ý** để khóa

**Cách 2:** Tích vào ô tài khoản cần khóa → **Quản trị** → **Khóa tài khoản** → Nhập Lý do → Đồng ý để khóa
