# Cấu hình đơn từ chấm công

Bước 1: Chọn phận hệ Work → Quản trị phân hệ HRM

Bước 2: Chọn cấu hình → Đơn từ&#x20;

Bước 3: Chọn loại đơn từ cần cấu hình

**Nhập các thông tin cấu hình theo từng loại đơn:**&#x20;

Phòng ban: Phòng ban sẽ áp dụng theo cấu hình này&#x20;

Nhân viên: Nhân viên sẽ áp dụng theo cấu hình này&#x20;

Số ngày: Cấu hình để quy định số ngày tương ứng với người duyệt nào&#x20;

Người duyệt: Người sẽ duyệt loại đơn này&#x20;

Hình thức duyệt: Người bất kỳ/Duyệt theo trình tự&#x20;

Người nhận thông báo: Người nhận thông báo mặc định cho đơn này&#x20;

Sau khi khai báo đầy đủ thông tin, chọn Lưu để lưu lại cài đặt. Màn hình danh sách sẽ hiển thị các cấu hình đơn từ đã cài đặt.
