# Theo dõi báo cáo vật tư/ so sánh định mức

Tại dự án theo dõi, mục **Quản lý vật liệu→Quản lý kho**

Tại đây, tab **Kho vật liệu** hỗ trợ việc theo dõi vật liệu (Định mức, Tổng nhập, Tổng xuất, Tổng hoàn, Tồn kho)

Tab **Định mức vật liệu**: Hỗ trợ cập nhật định mức cho từng vật liệu, theo danh mục vật liệu có sẵn hoặc có thể thêm mới. Phần mềm hỗ trợ up nhiều bằng file excel

Tab **So sánh định mức**: Hỗ trợ so sánh **định mức vật liệu** hiện tại với các **dự trù** ở trong **Hợp đồng(BOQ)** hoặc **Kế hoạch thi công(Bảng tiến độ)** - Hỗ trợ cập nhật từ BOQ hoặc KHTC vào Định mức của **Kho vật liệu**

Hỗ trợ tổng hợp từ các dự trù của các hạng mục con có trong Hợp đồng, hoặc tổng hợp từ dự trù của các công việc con có trong Kế hoạch thi công(Bảng tiến độ)

Khi tạo các đề xuất mua, Số lượng và Đơn giá trong đề xuất sẽ dựa vào dự trù của hạng mục(theo BOQ) và công việc(theo KHTC)

Khi không chọn **Hạng mục** hoặc **Công việc**, Định mức của các vật liệu sẽ theo Định mức trong Quản lý kho
