# Khởi tạo công nợ khách hàng

PM còn hỗ trợ khởi tạo công nợ phải thu của khách hàng, mục đích để quản lý phần công nợ trước khi sử dụng phần mềm. Bạn thực hiện thêm các bước sau:

B1: Truy cập "Công nợ phải thu" -> Chọn "Khách hàng"

B2: Vào Tiện ích , chọn Khởi tạo công nợ

B3: Tải file mẫu của PM về&#x20;

B4: Nhập thông tin theo form mẫu.

\*Lưu ý :&#x20;

* Cần khởi tạo khách hàng ở module Khách hàng trước khi khởi tạo công nợ.&#x20;
* Cột Mã khách hàng -> chuyển sang định dạng  Text trước khi nhập

B5: Sau khi nhập thông tin hoàn tất, tải file lên PM -> Bắt đầu tải file -> Chọn thời gian khởi tạo công nợ -> Nhập dữ liệu để hoàn tất
