# Cách lập kế hoạch thực hiện dự án

Hướng dẫn cách cách để lập kế hoạch thực hiện dự án

**Có 3 cách để lập kế hoạch công việc bên trong dự án:**

### <mark style="color:red;">**Cách 1:**</mark> Tạo công việc trong dự án

* Tại giao diện Danh sách công việc, chọn Thêm công việc

* Sau đó, Thêm mới công việc như Work Tasks cơ bản. Công việc này sẽ được hiểu là công việc của dự án/nhóm chứ không phải công việc riêng lẻ

* Bấm chọn Thêm nhanh để tạo ra list công việc cần làm trong dự án

**Bước 1:** Chọn Tiện ích→Công việc từ Excel

**Bước 2:** Tải file mẫu của FastCons&#x20;

**Bước 3:** Cập nhật theo các cột danh mục mẫu. Công việc cha con được xác định theo Chỉ mục 1→1.1→1.1.1→1.1.1.1
