# Văn bản đến

Bước 1 : Tại menu phân hệ **OFFICE** --> Chọn **Quản trị phân hệ OFFICE+**

Bước 2 : Tại mục Cấu hình --> Chọn Văn Bản -> Văn Bản Đến

Bước 3 : Thêm **người nhận** văn bản đến → chọn vào Ô người nhận → chọn người nhận &#x20;

Bước 4 : Nếu cần cảnh báo văn bản đến sắp hết hiệu lực: Tick vào ô **Cảnh báo ngày hết hiệu lực** → chọn **Cảnh báo** trước bao nhiêu ngày →**Người nhận** cảnh báo&#x20;

Bước 5 : Nhấn **Lưu** để cập nhật cấu hình
