# Cách trao đổi trên văn bản

Bước 1: Tại giao diện **Văn bản đi- đến** --> Tick chọn mã văn bản cần trao đổi

Bước 2: Thực hiện **@tag tên nhân viên** cần trao đổi thông tin sau đó nhập nội dung trao đổi, có thể đính kèm tệp trong phần trao đổi

Bước 3 : Nhấn gửi để xác nhận gửi trao đổi.
